Why does the USA seem like the special ed class of the world?

Using things like 'special ed' to slag of others is not very nice. It must be great to be perfect, I work in education and I find your obnoxious post quite disturbing. Everyone begins with a level and how hard they work or don't work defines their achievements. Nobody is born intentionally for others to laugh at. This includes those these born with severe disfigurements or learning difficulties...They did not ask to be born that way and did not do it to annoy you.
