This is such a great and free country that a convicted felon, who is a huge con man, can run for president.

Now what other nation on this planet is THAT free?

They lived over 200 years ago, so yeah. They would be surprised to see:

The US being the third most populous country
Felon running for president
Slavery outlawed
Women, Black people having full citizenship
Guns that fire 100s of rounds a minute owned by anyone
Ten Commandments in public schools
The oceans being polluted

I have said for longer than You have been alive that if the founding fathers had known what America had turned into, they would have just paid that half pence a pound increase in tea tax.
