The Quandary of the United States

Since 1972 the United Staes economic fortunes for millions of Americans has withered and died on the vine of lost opportunities. For decades our trading policies have undermined the ability of the United States to foster real economic growth and prosperity for millions of Americans. All they have done is entrench an elite ruling class while ensuring corporate shareholder profits all at the expense of the American public. And it wasn't until 1996 that our future as a nation has been tied to the resiliency of other nations to avoid the pitfalls and the mistakes that our government has made over the last 150 years. But so far, the mistakes we have made and currently still being made have had devastating consequences for us and the rest of the world.

It is a very sad commentary today that our government officials cannot, will not or even attempt to rectify the urgent crisis that are plaguing millions of Americans every day. All they have been doing is sound bites and nothing is ever done to alleviate any crises that has arisen in the last 50 years. For years the political pitfalls have corrupted our democratic process to the point that whatever legislation is passed never seems to negate any of the urgent matters facing the American public.

When we see congress and this present and past Administrations in action when so much is at stake for our nation's future and for that matter the global outlook for years to come, they have shown that they are totally inept to deal with the affairs of state. The American public has seen a decline of unprecedented moral fortitude brought on by the decimated educational curriculums that have been mandated into our school system by our very own government for years. We now have a perpetual cycle of programed thought process that is currently affixed to the curriculums in every school system across the country. As a result, our democratic process is directly tied to the education our youth and adults they have experienced for the past 50 years.

When education fails the public a democratic republic of which our nation was founded will soon succumb to the internal struggles of divisive acts and actions that ultimately strips away our ability to provide effective governance to secure our nation's future. Now when we are witnessed to what is transpiring in the halls of Washington, we see the direct result of ineffective government. The pitfalls that have befallen our government directly influences whatever legislation is passed. Our trade agreements are prime examples of how much influence corporate America and the oligarchs have over what is passe thru congress.

We have to remember history which in too many instances is being refitted to correspond with what is outlined by our government into curriculums all across the country. In other words, an orchestrated agenda by government. There have been many facts in our history that have been omitted, altered and distorted in the teaching of history for far too long. And if it continues, we will always be in a perpetual state of denial of what actually occurred.

There are instances in which the teachings of what; legislation was passed that have been altered to sequester what was actually done by our own government The two most damaging pieces of legislation ever to come out of Washington the Act of 1871 and the Smoot- Hawley Tariff Act of 1930 changed the course of the United States. A course that has had devastating repercussions ever since for every American.

With this present Administration disregard for the American public by exporting Billions of taxpayer dollars and military hardware to support a War that shouldn't have occurred in the first place has put America's future in grave jeopardy. And now when we look back at the two pieces of legislation that has had such a negative impact on the lives and livelihoods of the American public today compounding what is transpiring out of Washington now the US is heading down into the abyss of financial and economic misfortunes.

It was after the Civil War in 1871 under the Gran Administration that our government set the president of blatant disregard for the Original Constitution. when they passed the Act of 8171. This bill is the most damaging piece of legislation that has affected every American since its passage. To this day in our teachings of US history too many of us can't comprehend what our own government actually did and the underlying reasons of why they did it. Yet today we are taught that the Act of 1871 benefited the people of Washington D.C. Sure, it helped the population but the real reason this bill was passed has done irreparable harm to the public's freedoms and inherent rights that were established under the Original Constitution.

When we are now taught that the Act of 1871 turned our government into a corporation, we assume it is just another conspiracy theory drummed up to stir our imagination. What we read in history books today and what actually occurred are two entirely different scenarios. We have been indoctrinated into accepting what we are taught. It is therefore the publics unilateral denial that our own government could have purposely committed treason when they passed the Act of 1871. What this legislation did congress had no authority under the Original Constitution to do so.created a separate form of government.

We have to remember it was right after the Civil War and the government was cash strapped sort of speaking and needed finances to cover the debts of the war. Congress knew we were in dire straits financially, so we cut a deal with the international bankers mainly the Rothchilds of the Bank of England to secure much need capital. The European bankers were keenly aware of America's financial woes and the Rothchilds Bank of England were very much interest in gaining a financial foothold in the United States. A prelude to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

This is what is not taught; the only way that congress could receive funding from the Bank of England was to reform our government into a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The Original Constitution drafted by our Founding Fathers reads The Constitution for the united states of America. But after the passage of the Act of 1871 the corporate name is the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Ever since we the people have lost our inherent rights for they are now turned into privileges in which we pay financially for. The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the organic Constitution was defaced — in effect vandalized and sabotage — when the title was capitalized and the word “for” was changed to “of” in the title. THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into unknowingly becoming indentured and indebted to the new corporation.

The one piece of legislation has set the stage for more abusive of power by our government. Had we been taught of what our own government did when they passed the Act of 1871 this nation would be debt free and our inherent rights would still be intact. Now we are faced with insurmountable debt and too many of our freedoms have disappeared.

Now that we understand what our government has done by incorporating itself, we have to realize that the Federal reserve Act of 1913 is the end result to what the Act of 1871 did. The teaching of history of what actually occurred and not distorted in any way is an invaluable tool to save ourselves from repeating mistakes of the past. And yet we have been beguiled by the media and our own government in the ways our education is presented. When we hear talk concerning how our national debt is placing America's future on the brink of implosion, we would be wise to remember what the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act of 1930 did to Ameria and the rest of the world.

This tariff act raised import duties to protect American business and farmers. But all it did was produce and economic and financial catastrophe for the rest of the world especially in Europe. Another legislative hindsight that forced a economic firestorm here in America setting off the Great Depression. We have to remember whenever our government innates trade agreements they always focus on free trade and free trade is anything but free. It puts undue pressure on imports and exports while ensuring more corporate control of government on businesses all across the globe.

Whatever you Americans do to or within your own country is of course your business, but you do need reflect that there is the Rest of the World over the horizon, whether that be seen from Newfoundland or San Francisco.

So your international policies are as vital to the Rest of the World as to yourselves; can be affected by your domestic politics and economy; and often affected according to whichever Party is in power.

Regarding the Bank of England, it is has always been independent but owned by the State and assisting the Government of the day. It is not a branch of the commercial merchant-banking firm, Rothschilds.

Most of what you wrote makes sense but
With this present Administration disregard for the American public by exporting Billions of taxpayer dollars and military hardware to support a War that shouldn't have occurred in the first place has put America's future in grave jeopardy
doesn't fit the facts. If Russia is allowed to invade NATO countries - and the US pulls out of NATO - then the worth of American multinationals will plummet overnight and many will probably move their headquarters to London or Dublin. They need the revenue from the rest of the world because an isolationist USA won't generate those profits.

@ArtieKat Ukraine is not in NATO, nor the non-miltary alliance that is the EU; and can not join the NATO during a war, but Russia's invasion has persuaded Sweden and Finland to seek full membership of the treaty.

Meanwhile a lot of the aid to Ukraine from neighbouring countries is not only at governmental level. There is a lot of voluntary help too, spurred on by a very understandable "Are we next in Putin's sights?" fear - after all some were part of the Soviet empire, for which Putin worked as a KGB liaison officer in East Germany.

There are voices in the USA calling for an end to their nation's involvement in Ukraine. Though perhaps mainly on economic grounds, we must consider the possible influence of America's unhappy history in Vietnam*, Afghanistan and the Middle East since the 1960s, as much as by naive dreams of superiority and isolationism as had nearly kept her out of WW2.

If she does abandon Ukraine and the NATO, America would impress and please Moscow, Tehran, Beijing, Pyongyang and her other enemies; but her standing in most of the rest of the world would plummet. She would be seen as totally untrustworthy, even treacherous, not only politically and militarily but very likely commercially and culturally too.

*Ironically perhaps, Vietnam is now turning towards the USA as an ally, over fears of China's and North Korea' intentions in the region.

@ArishMell Perhaps I didn't make myself clear - the fear in the Baltic States has always been that if Russia were appeased over Ukraine (and remember that on December 5, 1994 the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, United Kingdom, and the United States signed a memorandum to provide Ukraine with security assurances in connection with its accession to the NPT as a non-nuclear weapon state.) they (Putin) would become emboldened.

@ArtieKat Thank you for that explanation.

I'm sure that the USA, UK and Ukraine were sincere in that memorandum but with hindsight, why did they not, or perhaps could not, see Russia's potential for treachery?

Putin only had to be patient and take ten years of careful planning to both convince the Russian population only he is right - or else - and then start taking over Ukraine.
Bravo! Well researched accurate thorough.

Cancel the moon program, did funny things for the money. And woke up China.

And I know the Powell memorandum fits in there somewhere
