Is the USA actually the best country in the world?

I've lived outside of the USA all my life so maybe I've avoided all the propaganda but I often see people online calling it 'the greatest country in the world.' I think its just the biggest military in the world. I can't think of anything it does better than anywhere else in the world. Anybody who disagrees give me an example and me or somebody else in the comments can show somewhere else where its done better.

All I know is if I (my country) ever encounters any trouble I want the U.S.A on my side.

@Lilymoon we are on shaky ground on that but because we are so close we will have them on our side ,, if only for their protection ,,,
