Is the USA actually the best country in the world?

I've lived outside of the USA all my life so maybe I've avoided all the propaganda but I often see people online calling it 'the greatest country in the world.' I think its just the biggest military in the world. I can't think of anything it does better than anywhere else in the world. Anybody who disagrees give me an example and me or somebody else in the comments can show somewhere else where its done better.

@Soph03 I did. You have not provided specific criteria other than "I can't think of anything it does better..." nor provided specific examples, yet you ask others to provide them in comments. Basically, you made a statement and are asking others to do the work of substantiating it. Very lame.
