They decided at the very wrong moment that they didn’t measure up and protecting the vulnerable wasn’t worth their effort.

Don't blame the guns. Simple fact is that society has abandoned God and all of His ways and the result is obvious. Lying churches, false teachings, setting up idols, mass murder (abortion), family breakdown, child abandonment (daycare), no responsibility, terrible education packed with lies. Is there anything that is being done in the west that is good for humans?
