Nigel Farage "goes on strike"

Announces that he will no longer attend Prime Minister's question time and sat in the press gallery to protest against the "most unrepresentative parliament ever".

The cause of his complaint? Despite his funny little sidekick Richard Tice bobbing up and down to catch the Speaker's attention, Reform UK are rarely called upon to ask a question. The reason being that they hold just 5 seats in the House of Commons. Out of 650.

But they do have a very popular TikTok account, which in Farage's eyes counts for more than parliamentary representation.

It's a good job that he announced he was going on strike on national TV as his Clacton-on-Sea constituents probably would not have noticed the difference otherwise.

Hard to believe this joke of a man is still around.

I still remember his "old man yelling at the sea" youtube videos from about 10 years ago. Clearly after a few pints and babbling about conspiracy theories of the French sneaking in boats of migrants because he could see boats.....on the ocean.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow He is just about the most inauthentic politician I can think of. I cannot imagine why people humiliate themselves by publicly supporting him. He has dual nationality children by a German ex-wife and cheated on property tax by buying a house in the name of his current French partner. No one is allowed to comment on his multi-national family, but he is able to make the most outrageous judgements on who does or does not belong to our nation. A nation that he continuously talks down to his friends in Washington and Moscow, and to which he contributes practically nothing.
@SunshineGirl With men like Farrage nationality is not so much an issue as skin tone.
@SunshineGirl And his Russian friends all seem to be from his failed "career" as a business commentator on early Russia Today programs.
