He should have been deported. Now hes in jail he will get more radicalised. Its a waste of taxpayers money to house him in a jail. Boris Becker was jailed for fraud and then deported.
It won't be the end of Reform. As bad as the political views they hold, people should be held accountable for their actions. I don't think that Lucy Connolly single handedly caused the riots. More like the three innocent young girls brutally murdered in Southport. Tempers boiled over.

@jackjones68 There is no extradition treaty between the UK and Afghanistan, so that was not an option.
Tempers boiled over thanks to thousands of people like Connolly turning up the gas on social media. The discord created persists.

@SunshineGirl One in one out rule.
So you think its ok, that over 32000 have come here illegally. Thats the issue that is causing the upset. Its a huge problem and its not being dealt with, taxes are rising again not purely through that.
Maybe so social media is an easy tool to use to promote violence and hated, the likes of Tommy Robinson and the extremist prey on those who have tunnel vision. But it still doesn't warrant people coming into the country demanding housing and benefits, when we canr even house our own vulnerable people and families.
What right does a person have to abuse and threaten another , when they have no right to be in the country in the first place. When they have "fled" their own country out of sheer terror, why do they continue to travel through countless safe countries to travel to Britain. If its a safe place and a democracy they crave most of Europe is that.

@jackjones68 One in one out is an agreement with France to speed up the processing of asylum claims. It is not the same as deportation.

@SunshineGirl He did travel from France. On a dinghy

@jackjones68 There is no argument about that. And before then he travelled from Sweden. But now he needs to be incarcerated and the offence was committed against UK law. So if he cannot be deported to his country of origin, he must remain here.
