Has to be Attlee.

Created the NHS and most of the modern welfare state.

@Burnley123 [c=003BB2] As a proud mildly autistic mother to a disabled nonverbal severely autistic son and a mildly autistic daughter a strong welfare state is important to me cause I believe in helping those less fortunate and I think welfare for both the elderly and disabled are important! 🤗🤗🤗 I work as a receptionist in a small hospital which is a lovely job but my 16 year old son is like a toddler so obviously he cannot work when he is older and I hate the idea that taxes shouldn't be used to help the vulnerable cause the rich don't care so that is why I would NEVER vote Republican! 💖💖💖 I think the UK's healthcare system is awesome and Bernie Sanders has been trying for years to create that same system here in America but sadly it seems impossible (because pretty much all Republicans are against it and most democrats rather expand Obamacare instead of creating a Universal Healthcare system) but bless him he tries! 😭😭😭 [/c]
