@Gumba1000 Gumba, my phrase 'organic fracturing' was simply my attempt to label the idea in my head in hope that you would 'get it' without further verbiage.

I'm not seeking to 'pinpoint a moment in history'. I've simply stated my judgement about some of the consequences of decisions made by the representatives of 3 nations (as recounted in Margaret McMillan's book) at the Paris Peace Conference of 1919.
