I Support Syrians

I think Donald trump should let Syrians refugeses into the USA? They aren't all in Isis! & not all Bad people!

That idea of, "we should take care of own first," "we should fix our problems first," "we should only think of ourselves, first" is really code words among those who have been manipulated into thinking that those who don't look like us, smell like us, and have hair like ours, must not be as human as we are. Donald Trump and those he has so easily manipulated with his hypnotic suggestions (of repeating each of his lies 3 times in each teleprompter-read speech) is truly making America "grate" (NOT great) again...

I would have stayed with a system and modified it... not run away from it with no plan, purpose, or thought on how the change would effect everything else including the future. You have pinned all your hopes, dreams, and wishes on "change" without considering what change you really need. And, if your point of view had any merit, poll after poll after poll would not be revealing the second thoughts the majority of people now have about the exit they selected. In the end, the people always get the government, leadership, and politicians they deserve. Don't worry though, we will be there to protect your selfish interests when you come crying for help.

That "system" has been modified for years...it was never going in our favour, yes we got to say we had free trade...as long as it was just in the EU, then you've got to think about where it would go, they really wanted borders to be very open, they might have integrated the "client" nations together to make just Europe, the EU is an outdated system, we're in need of a new one it's just the EU wouldn't say that of course, staying would only fuck us in the future.

Oh and don't play the arrogant American card, just...don't xD

I am less worried about "this" side since our system is expressly designed to limit the impact that any one individual can have at any given time because of our past history with your country. As for "your" side, your future is even bleaker than your present. If you think you can remain "pure" and prosperous, you are living in times when the sun really never did set on the Empire. Already, investors (companies and individuals with money), immigrants (smart ones), and those who are interested in a "real" future see the writing on the wall and looking for other countries that have a more modern day attitude and welcoming environment. The idea that you have somehow gained control of your own destiny is a myth that will play out in unmerciful proportions. You have no idea what you are in for and my guess is, you (personally) will be among the first to find a new scapegoat group to blame rather than owning the bad decision you (personally) and others made. Best of luck though...

Canada has admitted 25,000 Syrian refugees, mostly families with children. It all seems to be going well. We are not in the same situation as Europe where people are just arriving all the time without planning. In the USA, like in Canada, it can be done carefully.

The situation here in Europe...well...there in Europe (Suck it EU) is crap, since theres the "free movement" policy you can freely move between European nations with barely any checks.

Plus theres the situation here in the UK where refugees can just come in, take a loan then leave...just like that.
Kinda missing the point there. We have plenty of our own we can't take care of. Shouldn't they come first? That's the point those against accepting all these refugees are trying to make.

We're all one world.
Also the United States bears some responsibility for the horrors going on in Syria.
If we're all one world then there are plenty of other places for them to go.
Cinnamon · 31-35, F
well, no, there are very few places with as much room, as much experience integrating newcomers, and as much money as the USA.

"Let Syrians..." Donald Trump doesn't get to decide. He's not the dictator he aspires to be... at least not yet... as long as you don't vote for him.
