I am aware that British warships have recently been active in the Black Sea helping to enforce the agreement not to blockade Ukrainian food supplies.

More than 65% of Crimean population is Russian. Crimea was Russian for hundreds of years.

And when Russia has a legitimate government that does not behave aggressively towards our allies, interferes in our domestic elections, pursues political vendettas on our sovereign territory, and uses our property matket to launder the proceeds of crime, I am sure that friendlier relations will resume.
