No, it never will. Most of the wealth leaves the country through the oligarchs and there has been massive brain drain since Putin invaded Ukraine.

@RageAgainstTheMachine The Soviet Union didn’t have a free market economy to rebuild. Russia had so much going for it. They should have a huge economy, but Putin and the oligarchs fucked it all up.
