Why does Putin poison disidents
Why use poison on disidents instead of other means of getting rid of disidents it seem avery ineffective way by Putin to rid himself of disidents.

I think Putin wants them to suffer. Also, it strikes fear into anyone else who might be thinking of crossing him.
