Russia has defaulted on its debts!!!

Not heard of since 1918! Wow! Not that Russia can't afford to pay its debt just that its debt is owed to the USA and the USA won't let Russia use its financial system. Sucks to be a stupid American at the moment.

after agreeing 2x they wouldn't. refer to minsk agreements 1-2..
