how can hamas lay down their weapons and keep their lives and dignity?

i'm asking for hamas because they are too proud to ask and maybe they think they can keep them, but they can't 😒

They will not willingly relinquish their weapons or power.. This is a clear violation of the cease fire agreement and will force Israel to physically take control over all of Gaza.. The resultant resumption of war WILL have severe consequences for both Hamas and the civilian population.. This state of war is not a matter of if it will occur but when it will commence..

@Guardian In the process the civilians may be expelled from Gaza and Hamas separated / extracted and dealt with.. the security services know who they are..

@pdqsailor1 the problem is a lot of the civilians support hamas and their hostility against israel (not all of them but the majority because thats the prevailing culture there) when israel was invaded it wasn't just hamas and the jihadist but random people from gaza including teenagers who participated in the slaughter .. and kidnappings and sold their victims to hamas
