Is israel can have an ambassador in germany and Germany an ambassador in israel then surely talks between israel and Palestine can make some kind of difference. Even England and Northern Ireland are more at peace with each other

@GerOttman yeah, the people who are stuck in an open air prison who had their water, electricity and food cut off without any power to provide it themselves without a national standing army or international military alliances and supplies are totally not the "victims".
