This is what Israel is doing in Palestine and the world does not see. Does an army have the right to abuse children? Wake up

Hamas do not recognize Israel or willing to give up killing . Most of Hamas leaders live in luxury in Turkey. They took over Gaza , they are listed as terror organization all over the world. Palestinian people voted them in. In so densely populated area as Gaza , civilians will suffer . Whether now or in future I don't see any change for better outcome. Gaza is run by terrorists and Israel by right wing government. Common sense would be , you don't throw a stone at the lion and expect to win . Pictures of civilians suffering are the same over the world , but it does not stop people buying products made in China or others.
@Khenpal1 Lol. Sure. And now we are back to blaming the victims because of a demonized political entity. No context wanted or required. And lets just forget that not that long ago even the Bush Administration considered this beyond the pale. If you make Ari Fleischer sound like a pacifist you have gone wrong somewhere.

And we even manage to fit in an anti China Cold War cliche.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Cliché Reality. Facts, no matter how convincing, rarely trump a good, solid dose of repetition. Cliché meets reality . A cliché would have it that the struggle between Israel and Palestine is as long as the history of these two communities; but reality is that the history of this conflict preceded the existence of these communities and, more importantly, it is the conflict itself that had constructed and shaped the identities of these two warring communities. If one marks the beginning of modern Zionist settlement in Palestine in 1881 as the starting point of the conflict, then one “celebrates” this year 128 years of conflict, one that started long before there was the state of Israel, or even a Jewish community in Palestine to speak of, and before there was a Palestinian nation there to speak of. About the “perennial” origins in the land and about their historical “right” to it.
@Khenpal1 Now we are moving the goalposts and you show you know a bit more about the history which just makes the original cliche feel even more simplistic and disingenuous.

It also creates this BS narrative that people are just magically victims of history as if history is a separate entity that happens outside the control of the people living it. I am not a fan of determinism. Also playing technicalities about what constitutes a nation has been an excuse for genocide the world over.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Well, look at Germany , they voted Hitler in power. Federal elections were held in Germany on 5 March 1933, after the Nazi seizure of power on 30 January . Trump supporters’ needs as the stab-in-the-back myth that facilitated Hitler’s rise. Hitler never had more than 37 percent of the popular vote in the honest elections that occurred before he became Chancellor. And the opposition among the 63 percent against him was generally quite strong. Hitler therefore would have never seen the light of day had the German Republic been truly democratic. Unfortunately, its otherwise sound constitution contained a few fatal flaws. The German leaders also had a weak devotion to democracy, and some were actively plotting to overthrow it. Hitler furthermore enjoyed an almost unbroken string of luck in coming to power. He benefited greatly from the Great Depression, the half-senility of the president, the incompetence of his opposition, and the appearance of an unnecessary backroom deal just as the Nazis were starting to lose popular appeal and votes. Hamas is elected military wing operating from other counties and Jews are the enemy. Likewise there is danger that Palestine could become another Muslim terrorist state like Pakistan.
@Khenpal1 That is a huge stretch and reads like a justification for indiscriminate massacre in Gaza. Exterminate everyone because of what "might" happen if they don't. And of course making sure to make the entire thing one sided.

As for Pakistan the reason they have ties to terrorism is because they trained terrorists on behalf of the CIA. So that doesn't fit the "Muslims evil" narrative either.

A closer paralell would be with the IRA. And somehow people understood back then even at the worst of the Troubles carpet bombing Belfast was not a rational response. But somehow with Gaza this same approach is magically totally reasonable.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Right , Hamas is using arms supplied by China if you don't know .
@Khenpal1 Sure. Good luck proving that. You can make any claim you want but proof is kind of required. Haaretz actually published a sourced article about how the Israeli government was arming neo nazi militias in Ukraine so I am not sure the other side is making great choices either.

As for the China thing that sounds alot more like a convenient pretext for a new Cold War. US domestic propaganda has never bothered to worry about whether it even follows logically.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow China wants to be an arms dealer. Communists used to sell arms to subversive groups around the world. This is probably more of the same. Chinese Rockets would explain why 1/2 or more are falling in Gaza. Likely that China is supplying weapons through Quatar, Iran and Turkey. CCP is funding Muslim zealots while organ harvesting their moderate brothers in China. Who cries a tear for them?
@Khenpal1 So what? The US is the biggest gun runner on earth. It is irrelevant to the topic and doesn't prove your claims. Sure, they supported liberation and anti colonial movements the world over. The US sells guns to every fascist, tin pot dictator, and monarch no questions asked. Hell the US even has a literally right wing dictator school.

Ummm no, this rather xenophobic idea that only western countries can make good products is pretty pathetic. The reason why many go astray or fall short is because they are homemade glorified model rockets.

And more conspiracy theories that don't even make sense if you know anything about those countries.

The biggest funders of Sunni Extremists are the Gulf States and the USA. Always has been all the way back to Jimmy Carter.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Singh calls for halt on Canadian arms sales to Israel as violence escalates in region 😂
@Khenpal1 Well at least one of our politicians isn't a complete moron.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Israel is surrounded by people who have the same goals as Hitler: the extinction of the jews. It's funny watching the progressive left defend these genocidal terrorists while calling everyone they disagree with "nazis."
@Khenpal1 Sure. Back to the Godwin's law fail to shut down discussion instead a serious debate. Good to know.
@Khenpal1 That makes no sense. Israel and China have been building closer relations for decades. China has no interest in prolonging this conflict, it's bad for business.
