Considerably hotter? Judging by the amount of flesh on show, people were dressing like we’d skipped straight to Ibiza.

@Justmemyselfandi1 my van said 30 but it tends to exagerate, especially when its stationary. I like to see it.

@Jacko1971 My car said 30 too, but maybe the van’s a bit of an attention seeker when it’s parked up. Then again, with that much flesh on show today… who am I to argue with it? I certainly wasn’t complaining.
Jacko1971 · 51-55, M
@Justmemyselfandi1 me neither. It helps the day go quicker.

And when it hits 25:

🏃🏻‍♂

I think it was considerably hotter than that today. There was a lot of flesh on show.

There was a surfeit of "happiness" going on in the street at 2.45am this morning . . . 🤦‍♀

And it's a Bank Holiday weekend! 🤗

In Sydney that would be a cold day and stay inside
Living on the coast on the East Coast of England and there are people out all year round. Weekends and you can’t move. I see people sitting outside pub gardens in the dark on a warm night in October and a freezing sunny day in January wrapped in coats and blankets.

It's an oddity of this country.

The temperature hits mid-high 20's and suddenly the population divides into sun worshipers on one hand and melting snowmen on the other.

Good for the fan/ice-cream/sunblock industries though.
Jacko1971 · 51-55, M
@Picklebobble2 you mean they dress according to the weather.
Picklebobble2 · 61-69, M
@Jacko1971 They dress according to their attitude to the weather.

Unless they're Newcastle United supporters.
In which case i think some of them don't OWN a shirt 🤔
