An invitation from my friend Rebecca

I have a friend, a penfriend from my childhood, Rebecca, who is English and lives in Dorset with her Danish husband, and her children, with whom I enjoyed Christmas, after the years of no movement, the pandemic, since my parents went away for Christmas, and my brother was on duty. She has invited me to visit again, a long weekend next month after Easter, and I have accepted since the weekend after, I am going to be in Paris, and Gex for a week.

Rebecca and I experienced a lot together, when she first came here to Slovenia when we became penfriends, through an association, and she was a help to me when I was anorexic, coming over with her mother to spend a week with us, when I was nine and she was fifteen. She has always seemed like an older sister to me as well as a very close friend. Indeed, apart from Cveta, she is my closest female friend.

I shall enjoy a long weekend in Sherborne, I do like Dorset, in England.
