@4meAndyou I've probably misremembered what its called. I think it happened before Trumps first presidency... Nation leaders decided on reducing green house gas emissions to a certain degree in order to combat climate change.. But since Australia fell way under the goal, their politicians sold those points to China. So on paper it looks like China cut back on their green house gas emissions.
