It's got Canada talking trash putting retaliatory tariffs on the US. Canada is suddenly acting like a proud nation. This stuff breeds nationalism. 🙂

American here. I think the hidden lesson is worth highlighting: Canada pushed back against our trade proposal, and is facing consequences - the EU noticed, and was ready to step up and offer Canada an alternative. I think other countries around the world are going to consider Canada's example, and I think we're going to experience a lot of other middle powers refusing to accept our demands going forward.
