Did you hear that Canada will likely win the World cup?

If you did hear that you must of been at the opening ceremonies for Parksville's Canada day. When Parksville's mayor finished his speech he said - oh and Canada is going to win the World Cup - then he added - well we will try to win the World Cup and we will do it with determination and pride because we are Canadian's.
