Canadians hate Trump

According to recent polls more than two-thirds of Canadians now view America as an unfriendly or even enemy nation and will not continue to hand over their money. Why?

Trump's lie about Canada ripping America off. His unjustified tariffs based on this. His very foolish claim that Canadians would be better off as Americans. Americans would be better off as Canadians! And last but not least: his repeated threats of annexation. 🇨🇦

The fact remains Canada has no choice than to do business with the US - they can't do a profitable business with China or Europe by selling oil - tankers would have to run 25 hours a day 8 days a week to keep up with the demand. They will be selling to countries that know Canada is in a spot and offer less money. So Canada should just pay the little amount that they have been getting away with for years and Doug Ford should should stop crying and get back to shining Carney's shoes.

Personally I like Canada and it's people but come on now - I am not willing to give away the store just because we are attached.

I can see the USA from my city but I will not be settling foot across that border while the current gang is in power. I shop very carefully too.

You are probably buying from China just like the rest of us. So maybe your booze is Canada made but everything else aint.

If it were easy to move to Canada I would consider it. I know it's not perfect either, but I feel that it would suit me better overall.

I'm honestly saddened by the rift our bozo-in-chief is driving between our nations.
