Anyone familiar with the Niagara region in Canada?

Niagara falls is just a tourist trap. But the wine region is great

I have heard of Niagara Falls but never been there

I've been there a couple of times as a kid, but I can't say I know tons about it, I certainly wasn't old enough to sample the local ice wine back then
