Shocking situation in Canada...a woman's clothing manufacturer is paying for commercials that make assisted suicide seem glamourous and beautiful.
This women's clothing manufacturer has nothing to do with the Canadian health system.
In Canada, anyone at all can call up and request assisted suicide at a moments notice...same day. A DOCTOR will not necessarily administer the shot that puts you permanently to sleep.
Instead, it can be a nurse, a paramedic, or almost anyone at all. There is NO waiting period, NO counseling to try to convince you that you might want to live.
What was MOST shocking to me, and what brought me to TEARS, was learning that Canadian VETERANS are actually counseled that this is an OPTION when they come to the national medical system seeking help for PTSD or depression.
