Actually two breakaway states requested assistance. And there is the matter of US-funded bio labs there that are being taken out. And money laundering, human trafficking of children, and Ukraine being a hotspot for drug trafficking. A lot of nasties on Putin’s doorstep.

The bio-labs are part of an international network established to clean up the health hazards left over from USSR bio-weapon development in former Soviet states. They also work on other public health threats that could lead to pandemic threats.

@sunsporter1649 maybe it’s odd to you but we have a long history of mounted police in Canada and everyone and their fucking dog knows not to approach them, ever - better than the US though where they shoot unarmed black children
