I would move to Puerto Rico or Mexico, If America was war torn.

Hard for me to choose just one place, but i have a list. Places like Vietnam.. BVI, Paraguay, Japan etc for various reasons.

I already leaved my home country long ago you can say bound to move and after had live in 2-3 counties am staying in Australia for long nearly 12 years

Maybe Norway. I'm not sure the weather is for me, but they're in the top of all the lists you want to score high on. (Happiness, healthcare, safety, etc.)

I don't think I'll ever leave my country for more than a vacation though.

I chose to do that 14 years ago. Got a job in Scotland and moved without knowing anyone there or even where to live. Had never left Norway before that, but was in desperate need for a change in my life.

Lasted 3 months before I moved home to my sisters and nieces.

I wouldn't...............there are no others that compare to the USA..............However I would move to a red state than stay in a shit hole blue state.
