To the protesters who say that no one is illegal on stolen land

Do you mean every country in the world should get rid of borders and allow anyone and everyone into their countries, no questions asked?

I believe a world without borders is one we should be striving towards, yes. It's not something that can be practically accomplished over night but something you take steps towards.

In the shorter term, I would see borders as points where you register your entry or exit but barring a criminal record or court order that bars you from travel, then it should be an informational step, not a permission seeking step. There wouldn't be someone at the border to deny passage. There would be no restriction for how long you could stay in the country once you cross the border. You would pay into tax systems. But you would not benefit from citizen level programs such as social security unless you go through the process of acquiring citizenship. I would extend that to things like land ownership as well. A foreign non-citizen should not be allowed to own land in the country. But they should be able to rent.
