Is it ethical to buy a product directly from China?

Please everyone keep your shirt on. I just don't know about the labor practices over there and the implications of giving them my money directly. I would like to be informed before doing it.

Universal healthcare in china public transit. They probably treat their citizen\workers well. Look into it a bit what measures of ethical conditions worries you? Poverty levels and homelessness might be higher in the U.S.
Idk, income inequality is more pronounced in America.
