The irony is the Argentines always talk about Britain colonizing The Falklands...which is exactly what Argentina did/want to do.

Oh, and they ignore the fact that Argentina itself is predominantly a Nation of Colonists. You'd think they'd realise this when complaining in Spanish🤣

I supported that war at the time, but in hindsight, it was a mistake. Lost lives for a tiny island on the other side of the world. Now I know politicians lie to us all the time, and working class people are just fodder for their death games.

I'm surprised at Ireland, but then also not surprised. Not at all surprised by the rest of South America, Central America and most of the Caribbean, China, Russia, India and Spain.

Well, what do the Falklanders say?
If they want to be part of Britain, they should stay British, if they want to be Argentine, then they can be Argentine. Surely it's up to them?
