People who say they’re Christian and a Conservative, that’s an impossible mix. Your party says immigration is bad. But your god says:

Genesis 1:26-27: States that all people are made in the image of God and have inherent dignity

Deuteronomy 10:17-19: Commands God's people to love foreigners because they were once foreigners in Egypt

Exodus 22:21: States that foreigners should not be mistreated or oppressed

Leviticus 19:34: States that foreigners should be treated as native-born and loved as yourself

Leviticus 25:35: States that poor Israelites should be helped as if they were foreigners

Matthew 25:35: States that welcoming strangers is a way to show hospitality

Hebrews 13:2: States that hospitality to strangers should not be neglected

People cherry-pick what suits their current agenda.
You’d hear them say, “Immigration is bad, let’s send them back”.

The next day, “Oh I want a new Russian bride, local women don’t like me”.
@DareToSayIT The true excuse they have against Mexicans and Latin Americans are that they're First Nations Native heritage in their own countries, United States Americans of European heritage have never lost their bigotry against the Indigenous.

@NativePortlander1970 there was one dude over here who was against immigration of any person of color, but he loved women of color.
@DareToSayIT Yeah, they have weird kinks that way.
@DareToSayIT Oh, and by the way, don't say "colored", it's a very racist term going back to the Jim Crow south, and even as far north as Chicago and Indiana in some areas.

@NativePortlander1970 oh man, I need to relearn all words again
@DareToSayIT At your age you should not have known that word of itself to begin with, you must have older relatives, most likely boomers, that say it.

@NativePortlander1970 Yes, I grew up in Houston, heard it a lot in my neighborhood.
