@LordShadowfire Ok, but the FBI stated that Jan6 was NOT an insurrection. So, by your definition no one could be charged or be a party to, an "insurrection" that officially never happened!

@fanuc2013 I don't see how they reached that conclusion. He literally encouraged people to walk into the Capitol deliberate attempt to stop the cemocratic counting of votes by means of intimidation and fear.

And his words are a matter of public record, as are the actions of the anti-American terrorists who tried and failed to end democracy. All of them, including Trump, need to serve jail time for their crimes against the nation, and Trump needs to be disqualified from ever holding public office again.
