OK, a duel use company is a company that manufactures components for commercial products like cars. The commercial use is the first use. These same parts are designed to also fit ballistic missiles. For example, one Detroit manufacturer makes parts that reduce vibrations in cars so the ride will be smoother. That same part reduces the vibrations in missiles. I suppose that enhances delivery.

Of course, the Securities and Exchange Commission have records of companies that are sold. Kennig Corp. out of Detroit. They make parts that reduce vibrations in cars. This same part reduces the vibrations in Nuclear Ballistic Missiles. Sold to the Chinese Communist Party via the Biden owned company, Rosemont Seneca. No wonder they sent the family so much money. I am sure you have proof of what you just said. I just posted a small part of these transactions between Rosemont Seneca and Bohai Harvest (owned by the Chinese government). These dealings are very complex and involve more companies than space allows me to list. The deal with Henniges involved AVIC, owned by the Chinese military, Bohai Harvest, and Rosemont Seneca, who got 49% of the deal; one and one half billion).
