@fakable I'm only beginning, basically if it's applicable, like what can i do, ways of looking at things differently ie: better, is useful for me to have in the noggin, so that i can in general be thinking of things in a new way, the Work that must be done is a lifelong thing, and even if i end up seeing it all as bunk, i will have still valued the applicable parts.
