The album cover to Breakfast In America depicts the New York skyline constructed of plates, bottles napkin dispensers, cutlery, and mini cereal boxes. As well as woman in a diner waitresses uniform holding aloft a glass of orange juice on a saucer in one hand and clutching a menu in the other and sporting a nametag appropriately named "Libby."

@Sidewinder 'Libby' was American actress Kate Murtagh.
She was a singer herself during the war years and had bit parts in several movies although predominantly performed in theatre productions.
She was in her mid-90's when she died
