@NoGamesTolerated The head of the state police was nearly in tears he was so angry and heartbroken. He said LE should never wait outside when an active shooter incident is occurring in a press conference. The uvalde police completely bungled the situation and the school violated the security protocols by allowing construction while school was in session that left doors open and easy access to the kids. And the school's SRO (policeman) wasnt there in the school.
