The News shows the same few things burning over and over

The rest of the country thinks Los Angeles is in the end of days. Sodom and Gomorrah is on fire. The reality is, protests continue in targeted small groups all over the city. There is music, food vendors and a feeling of community. Cops are present but off to the side. Traffic is light, which is incredible. lol. You're being mislead about what is really happening here. I think right wing people are just uncomfortable with any kind of protest. And here it's a familiar way of making your voice heard.

I saw a man hurling rocks at personally owned vehicles simply finding there way home. That protester has no idea who is in it ...or what they stand for.

The mentality of some match those of actions enacted when their favorite foot ball team WINS a Super Bowl .

@Punxi i don't see how anyone can claim to be apolitical these days. Open your eyes and see the terrible things being done because 20 million failed to even vote last November.

@Punxi i think he is reflecting the reality on the ground on LA. It seems pretty quiet, my cousin loves in N Hollywood and said they are unaware of the sort of rioting TACO says is occurring. What we need to be aware of is the efforts to destroy our government.

@samueltyler2 I tend a garden of present moment tasks that I can .. control. All else I accept it as if I chosen it. Save for mindless violence enacted by the ignorant.

Corruption lies and deceit... propaganda...TV paid commercial attacks... Exactly who...

Would I have voted for. ?

Of which...I have NEVER done and never will.

I di however prepare myself emotionally, physically and monetarily for the fall out of what ever ...any elected officials has in store.

@Punxi i don't understand your reasoning. Every vote is important. The history of the world is loaded with wars based on one person/country or religion thinking they can control all others. Often that has resulted in devastation. We the people have an obligation to set our ship on a righteous course.

@Punxi I agree with you. We are self governing. Personally, I focus on my community and try to be the best person I can be. Idc as long as you're a good person not hurting anyone, so be it. It's an individual choice that I respect. It starts with me and ripples out. I do good and someone else does good. I hope that makes sense❤

@Punxi sometimes I believe true angels are the ones who don't involve themselves in politics. They simply exist to spread love and encourage people when they're struggling. That's what matters to me. That's what I believe. I can't control politics, but I can control my actions, behavior and reactions.

@MarmeeMarch perhaps, but if you look at the drop on votes between 2020 and 2024, you see that the deciding drop was not in the votes for TACO.
