The specific targets of this are not the issue. The judicial system, from cops to the electric chair, is wrong often enough to prohibit the death penalty for anyone.
Emotionally, I agree with the concept. Child molesting is life-stealing, whether the victim dies or not. But the enforcement of laws is so political, it is unsafe for all.

@Mamapolo2016 Exactly it's not if the law is ethical, it's if it is practical and the climate it exists in. Matt Gaetz isn't getting the death penalty from this.
