I don't believe in the death penalty for anyone. There are other means of handling criminals of all types. Not just one specific type either.
Ankle bracelet that sounds a alarm when getting near certain areas would work just fine.

@SW-User you're talking to the wrong person on this! I was raped myself as a young teen! I got over it unlike some. Yet never would I wish what happened to me on anyone! Killing others once it's over is just plain wrong!
Defense at the moment is a totally different story. I would rather have had my relatives or friends have come to my defense than do nothing!
Why I have defended many other woman from the same thing of what happened to me back then. Some I barely knew.
