"hoisted"
@SumKindaMunster That is a much more modern spelling. It is actually a misspelling based on a misunderstanding. Hoist was coined as the past tense of the word hoise.
@SumKindaMunster Do not attempt to debate grammar or spelling with me.

@CorvusBlackthorne Why are you afraid you're gonna be hoist(ed) on your own petard?
@SumKindaMunster No, because you cannot possibly win.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne I don't care actually, this isn't a hill I'm going to die on, but I did note your ridiculous stubbornness on this and it informs the type of person you are.
@SumKindaMunster Stubbornness? I simply point out the accuracy of what I wrote. You charged in here, then found yourself unable to challenge anything of what I shared on the face of it, and so, frustrated, you made a sad attempt to attack my grammar, which was beyond reproach. I bid you good day, sir.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne I merely suggested an alternate option and teased you for being so rigid and ridiculous.
Yeah you have a good day too bird boy.
Yeah you have a good day too bird boy.
@SumKindaMunster I think we both know you did not post that comment for any reason other than to attempt to "own" me for a perceived grammatical error.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne No, that is you projecting again. Anything else? I thought you already dismissed me?
@SumKindaMunster I did, and yet you continue talking. Were I a less tolerant individual, I might block you.

@CorvusBlackthorne Well you could always close the post for comments...if you can figure out how...🤣
@SumKindaMunster I see you read my message. I was not referring to this post, but the one yesterday, which is no longer open for questions.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@CorvusBlackthorne I did. And I answered.
@SumKindaMunster I saw your response, and I thank you, although I now feel most foolish for not being observant enough to find the button myself.
