@Ksmile14 Well yeah it's safer than people expect it to be down there, even though it seems like a good dark spooky place for villains to hang out, it's really not that seedy. When I said "down here" though, I meant the city of Chicago in general. Knowing you're a fucking Packers fan, I'm surprised you didn't get shot at.
@SubstantialKick I'd be more scared of that happening now in 2021 than back then. I don't know why, but carjackings have been incredibly common here for like the last six months or so. There's constant carjackings happening even in nice neighborhoods that are usually very safe.
Highway shootings, too. There's been dozens of shootings on highways since January. Fucking crazy people.
@BlueMetalChick Oh! lol well I'm not a Packers fan....CHIEFS!!! But I did like going to Chicago. I don't know that I'd wanna live there cuz it's soooo busy...and BIG!!! But it was fun to visit. :)

@BlueMetalChick I think car jackings and theft are way up everywhere.
They have skyrocketed out of the blue in my hometown as well and they're having increases in other cities in the state. My guess is it's because the price of recycling cat converters has jumped up so much so the choppers are paying more.
