It's a government responsibility to house and support people. Throwing them out into the streets and letting the*market " take advantage of their needs is capitalism - AKA fascism. You can't be anti communist without being anti human. But nobody can stop the people as heavily armed as the NATO team.

Since it’s my home state and I’ve occasionally volunteered at shelters, I hope it will be used in a way that really helps with the problem. They have their work cut out for them. 🙁
