Walking around a once vibrant part of town Northbridge

Northbridge, other side of the tracks from Perth.
Still called the entertainment precinct but my walk along the length of James Street
unveiled about 30% of the businesses shuttered and closed.
As with Perth CBD, pedestrian traffic was at a minimum, 11am Wednesday.
