Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson's approval rating is only 28%.

Now that, is pretty bad.

I'm pretty disconnected from it all but I've only heard negative things about the guy

@deadgerbil The whole migrant situation alone is still an absolute mess and is not a good look for him.

When are you going to meet @deadgerbil he could be your neighbor or your cousin. 😌

Not surprised, he went full on sanctuary city and forgot about the citizens living in Chicago. We live in crazy times if Chicago becomes red
deadgerbil · 26-30
@empanadas we need to kick every immigrant out rn, only people who's great grandparents were born here can stay

@deadgerbil with English last names and cousins fuckers from Alabama
The problem is that too much voter apathy causes such mayors to get into office. Apparently it's a crime not to vote in Australia, they made it a national holiday so that no one has the excuse that work kept them from it, Iceland as well.
@SubstantialKick No, it is not a holiday anywhere in the US.

@NativePortlander1970 Interesting. Here in Illinois the schools are all closed including colleges, and also government agencies like the DMV.
@SubstantialKick That percentage is still pathetic.
