A lot of major shops went bankrupt, and many of the empty shops remain empty or have been turned into housing. Sone once busy shopping malls don't attract as many people .

A couple small towns. A few neighborhoods in the larger cities. Still not entirely abandoned but getting close

I live in a pretty rural area and some smaller towns are really hurting. They're off the beaten track and some of the businesses that kept them going are gone

No. Our town was 30,000 when we moved here 35 years ago and is over 110,000 now.
