reason behind supreme court decision

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Put it simply its not the federal government place to tell the states where they stand on abortion rights. just like marriage laws and education policies the supreme court overstepped its place

Yeah states rights. They literally used this argument with slavery.

I hope your uterus dries up and falls out.

Doomflower · 36-40, M
@Mountainlady16 You should never have reproduced, and you should not be permitted to reproduce again.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Doomflower states rights are more about abortion and slavery. state has the right to make its own marriage laws and education policies as well the supreme court has done nothing but overstep for decades time to rectify that
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@CorvusBlackthorne y not my children are raised in a loving home with a mom and a dad not some these freak shows you see today. they will be raised with discipline and morals

@Mountainlady16
states rights are more about abortion and slavery.
. No shit. You just told on yourself.
Doomflower · 36-40, M
@Mountainlady16 you're disgusting
@Mountainlady16 I doubt very much that you will be saying that when this is over and done with. So many of your rights are about to disappear.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@luckranger71 i meant more than about abortion and slavery this has been a battle that many states has been fighting for a long time hell we fought a civil war over it. states have rights to make their laws in anything not set down in the constitution and abortion is not a right in the constitution
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@CorvusBlackthorne like what im not a feminist in fact i belong to one the most partriachal and conservative cultures found in the us
@Mountainlady16 A culture which has long outlived its usefulness, you revolting creature.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@CorvusBlackthorne a culture that has endured for centuries survived being kicked out of germany and the us trying to force our men to serve in the military before they gave exceptions. we will survive much more

Yes, please. Go on….
@Mountainlady16 A culture of hate and oppression.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@luckranger71 it was what the war of northern aggression was fought over
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@CorvusBlackthorne so this is the liberals who say we must except everyone
@Mountainlady16 Why am I not surprised to learn that you support slavery?
so this is the liberals who say we must except everyone
Your culture is one of hatred. Hatred is not acceptable.

@Mountainlady16
it was what the war of northern aggression was fought over
Keep going. Unless you need to get to the Klan rally soon.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@luckranger71 oh yes one those ppl that believe that war was about slavery and not about tarrifs and other states rights. u do realize that the war didnt become about slavery until lincoln made it about slavery in jan 1863
@Mountainlady16 Literally every state which seceded issued a written statement saying that it was about slavery.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@CorvusBlackthorne among other things and even had the war not been fought slavery would have ended within prob the next 20 years without killing almost half a million americans and destroying the south.
@Mountainlady16 The confederate states listed slavery as the number one reason. Shall I provide links?
