reason behind supreme court decision

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Put it simply its not the federal government place to tell the states where they stand on abortion rights. just like marriage laws and education policies the supreme court overstepped its place

Yeah states rights. They literally used this argument with slavery.

I hope your uterus dries up and falls out.
@Mountainlady16 Literally every state which seceded issued a written statement saying that it was about slavery.

@CorvusBlackthorne among other things and even had the war not been fought slavery would have ended within prob the next 20 years without killing almost half a million americans and destroying the south.
@Mountainlady16 The confederate states listed slavery as the number one reason. Shall I provide links?
You disgust me. To celebrate as your fellow women are being oppressed across the country like this makes me physically ill.

@CorvusBlackthorne its not oppression it is protecting the innocent lives women can still go to other states and get an abortion it will be the more conservative deep south states that outright ban abortion

And you don't see a problem with all states having different laws on such a fundamental issue?
