There was a time when Naked and Sacred felt like my song, it spoke to the kind of love I thought every woman should experience, the feeling of being seen and accepted completely. But since I found my faith again, my heart has changed, and so has the song that speaks to me.
Now it’s There Was Jesus by Zach Williams that truly touches my soul. Every word reminds me that even in my darkest moments, even when I felt lost, broken, or unworthy — He was there. I just didn’t see it then.
