Why don't the Gospels cover Jesus a teenager?

They kind of go from Baby Jesus to a year or so before his death. What's up with that?

teen Jebuz was anxty and a constant pain in Mary and Josephs butts, and Joe could like NEVER discipline him cause Jebuz would just shout at him "YOURE NOT MY REAL DAD!!!!" and would slam the poorly built wooden door
